Persephone, a reserved yet playful kitten with a strong sense of loyalty to her littermates. This cute little long-haired tuxie kitten is an observer by nature, preferring to watch her surroundings from a quiet spot, such as a windowsill, or follow the people and animals in her home, carefully taking everything in before deciding to engage. When she's in the mood to play, she can be easily coaxed into action with a wand or feather toy. Though she has some dog experience, Persephone would prefer a home without dogs. She does very well with other cats and should be adopted into a home with at least one feline companion. Persephone would thrive in a calm environment with older children or adults, where she can continue to observe, play, and show her affectionate side at her own pace.
